(1) Every health institution shall prepare and submit to the committee every year the details of the work carried out in accordance with this Act in relation to the activities related to organ transplantation.
(2) In relation to the report submitted by the health institution according to sub-section (1), the committee shall submit a report to the Government of Nepal every year with its evaluation and suggestions regarding the policies and programs to be adopted by the Government of Nepal.
